With 20 years’ experience working in the Employee Benefits and Tech industries, Michael has worked to build and manage customer teams across both the UK and US. Having joined us in January 2018 as Head of Client Success, Michael is now Chief Customer Officer; heading up everything client-related, to ensure everything runs smoothly! Outside of work, Michael loves to run and cycle, both for relaxation and for the competitive thrill of triathlons! Of course, that’s only when he has the time between balancing work, three children and a dog called Ernie.
Charlotte Godley
Head of Proposition, Benefex
Charlotte has worked in Benefits for over 20 years, starting out as a health and risk benefits consultant before moving into the world of flexible benefits. Having led the consulting team at Mercer and headed up flexible benefits at Capita, Charlotte has worked with a wide range of clients to design benefits programmes that align with their employee proposition and provide valuable support to their people. Charlotte loves to use her knowledge to help clients to succeed in providing a fantastic employee experience.
